I consent to the processing of my personal data by Street Unity for the purpose of obtaining press accreditation for the event, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133, item 883) and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). The data will be processed for one year. Consent is voluntary. I am aware that I have the right to access my data, to correct and delete it, and to request the restriction of its processing due to my specific situation, as well as to withdraw my consent at any time. However, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing prior to its withdrawal, and I am also entitled to file a complaint with a supervisory authority. The data will not be transferred to third countries and will not be subject to profiling, i.e., automated decision-making.
