1. These terms and conditions apply to all participants of events under the StreetUnity banner.
2. THE ORGANIZERS RESERVE THE RIGHT to exclusively advertise their sponsors at the event venue. No company or individual is allowed to conduct any form of advertising activities on the event day without obtaining written consent from the organizers.
3. By attending the event, the participant acknowledges that entering the event venue constitutes consent for the organizers to take photographs, record videos, or make any other type of recording of the participant in connection with the event, without any compensation.
4. The ORGANIZERS reserve the right to record the course of the event, including the behavior of participants, using devices that capture images and sound. Materials gathered during the event may serve as evidence for initiating legal action or in cases of violations.
5. In accordance with the “GENERAL TERMS OF MOTOR INSURANCE,” excluding liability for damages caused by vehicles, the ORGANIZERS ARE NOT LIABLE for any damages to property caused by vehicles. In such cases, the affected party should pursue their rights directly with the person responsible for the damage.
6. In the event of situations threatening the health or life of participants and bystanders, the ORGANIZERS RESERVE THE RIGHT to call for security services.
7. All participants are required to strictly follow the instructions given by the ORGANIZERS and SECURITY STAFF.

8. The logo and name of the Street Unity group are legally protected and are the property of the group. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using the Street Unity logo without explicit written permission from the administration is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of the logo or group name may result in legal consequences.
9. THE DECISION OF THE ORGANIZERS IS FINAL!

The ORGANIZERS RESERVE THE RIGHT to remove any participant from the event venue for non-compliance with the terms and conditions.
